    Company Secretarial Assistant

  • Min diploma in secretary course, ICSA qualifications or equivalents.
  • Min 1-2 years working experience.
  • Preferable with relevant working experience in the same field.
  • Good command of both written & spoken in Chinese, English and Malay.
  • Computer literate in MS Word & MS Excel.
  • Able to work independently with initiative, disciplinary, Self-motivated & with minimum supervision.
  • Able to start work immediately.
  • Age 18-35 years.
  • Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.

 

    Accounts Executive & Audit Senior

  • Min LCCI, diploma in accounting, or part professional qualifications or equivalents.
  • Min 2-3 years working experience.
  • Preferable with relevant working experience in the same field.
  • Good command of both written & spoken in Chinese, English and Malay.
  • Able to handle full set of accounts.
  • Familiar with UBS accounting system would be an added advantage.
  • Computer literate in MS Word & MS Excel.
  • Able to work independently with initiative, multitask, under pressure, meet deadline & with minimum supervision.
  • Preferable with willing to work overtime in the peak period & in Saturday (OT).
  • Able to start work immediately.
  • Age 18-35 years.
  • Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.

 

    Admin / General Clerk

  • At least SPM/certificate or equivalents.
  • Min 1-2 years working experience.
  • Good command of both written & spoken in Chinese, English and Malay.
  • Computer literate in MS Word & MS Excel.
  • Knowledge in basic accounting would be an added advantage.
  • Willing to do outside work and have a valid driving license.
  • Able to work independently with initiative, disciplinary, Self-motivated & with minimum supervision.
  • Preferable with willing to work overtime in the peak period & in Saturday (OT).
  • Able to start work immediately.
  • Age 18-35 years.
  • Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.
